Be-Ge Seating Division welcomes a new product. JANY ASC (Adjustable seat cushion) makes the seat cushions on JANY 805 adjustable. The seat cushion can be tilted up and down and extended forward and backwards for the best seating comfort. The adjustment options make it easy to adjust the seat, so it’s ergonomically correct.

Be-Ge Seating AB, previously Be-Ge Industri AB, has been awarded the AAA Diamond Diploma for the highest credit rating during the years 1994-2019. The diploma was handed over to the company’s CEO during the Be-Ge Seating Division’s Board meeting on 2 July 2019.
GVB has ordered 30 new metro subways from CAF in Spain that will transport the first passengers from the year 2021. For the driver’s seat a variant of the Be-Ge 87-54 type was chosen, which is also successfully used in Amsterdam trams.
Besides a reliable producer of driver and co driver seats, the Be-Ge Seating Division is also specialized in maintenance & repair of Be-Ge Seats. We are proud that we gained the order to maintain and repair 660 Be-Ge seats. These seats are in operation for more then ten years. The specially equipped and central located Service Center of Be-Ge Seating B.V. in Zaltbommel (The Netherlands) will fulfill this job batch wise so that all customer vehicles can stay in full operation. After leaving the Maintenance & Repair Centre in Zaltbommel the seats are updated and ready for intensive use in the coming years.
Equipped with the Be-Ge 8754 driver’s seat, the ICNG is part of the Coradia family of the French group Alstom and is produced in Katowice (Southern Poland).The ICNG trains will be extensively tested in the coming period. The exhibition Bauma in Munich, with over 600.000 visitors, was a great success for Be-Ge Seating. The new innovative Heavy Duty seat Be-Ge 3730F.19 with Semi Active Suspension and variants of the Be-Ge 3000-series attracted many visitors.

The Heavy Duty suspension Be-Ge 1919 with its weight rate of 210 kg driver weight will be displayed with semi active suspension including a three step setting “soft-medium-hard” ride and a unique “pot-hole” detection. Also a new feature is an adjustable and lockable horizontal suspension with integrated fixation for armrest and control units that can carry heavy equipment.

Be-Ge Savas Seating BV is participating 27th and 28th of February at the 15th congress ‘Fire protection of rolling stock 2019’ in Berlin. Issues at this two days congress are fire safety in railway vehicles, TSI loc & pass and the EN 45545.
The deliveries of the driver seats Be-Ge 3400 for the 10 additional Citadis trams that the city of Bordeaux has ordered from Alstom are foreseen in Q2 and Q3 / 2019. The city of Bordeaux has one of the largest tram fleets in France. The design and assembly of all trains takes place at the Alstom site in Aytré.
In close collaboration with the tram constructor CAF in Spain, Be-Ge Savas Seating has designed a comfortable driver’s seat. This seat is distinguished by the special, eccentric turning mechanism that can be easily operated by the driver with the ergonomically shaped operating handle.
